A robust Quality Management System within production operations is to be delivered and developed in this key role at Nine Twenty, an established manufacturing company. This high-profile position oversees ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Leading a measured programme for quality culture maturity, resulting in excellence.
  • Working collaboratively with the cutting plant in Paisley to progress Quality Improvements, while based at the Bridge of Weir site and supporting the Glasgow site.
  • Cultivating a proactive culture within Quality that is data-driven, with priorities clearly understood.
  • Actively leading to ensure Quality KPIs (developing these metrics) are met, and support other functional KPIs as required.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior-level Quality role within manufacturing.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, work measurement & process analysis.
  • Programme & project management skills.
  • Quality Management experience - minimum 5 years.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
