Nouveaucare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to support care homes, nursing homes, and similar settings across Watton, Norfolk, UK.

About the Role

In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes. You will provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting, with a minimum of 6-12 months care experience. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
