About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Risk Management Advisor to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our Underwriting Service Centre, you will play a critical role in helping our customers manage risk and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers, responding to their inquiries and taking necessary actions in a professional and service-focused approach.
  • Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely action and follow-up to meet agreed service levels.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and convert opportunities to introduce other AIG products to existing customers.
  • Consistently meet individual performance targets (KPIs).
  • Liaise effectively with representatives from other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Practice customer care by providing accurate information to customers at all times.
  • Maintain good product and system knowledge.
  • Ensure timely updates to relevant systems.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Desirable: experience or qualifications in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Drive and a can-do attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Awareness of regulatory and FCA requirements.
