We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented College Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our College provision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our systems and processes, providing an effective and professional service to our students and staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing post, and ordering supplies
  • Overseeing attendance monitoring, calling students, and writing letters
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, such as booking meetings and arranging refreshments
  • Completing learner bursary spreadsheets and submitting to finance
  • Facilitating communications between Head Office and the Programme
  • Using the purchasing system to raise purchase orders and requisitions
  • Overseeing Petty Cash systems and ensuring timely replenishment
  • Acting as an Exams Administrator to the Centre's Awarding body

Requirements include:

  • Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Proven experience of working in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build sound relationships
  • Knowledge of finance, invoicing, and administrative systems
  • Experience of data entry onto databases
  • Able to draft own correspondence and proofread
  • Able to develop administration and finance procedures
