About the Role

Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager to lead our clinical team at Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our ward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage rosters and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and meet the changing needs of the business
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CQC standards
