Unlock Your Potential in Public Sector Audit

Join Grant Thornton UK LLP, a global network of independent audit, tax and advisory firms, as a Public Sector Audit Graduate. Our team of independent thinkers puts quality, inclusion and integrity first, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our ranks.

About the Role

As an auditor in our Public Sector team, you'll work with clients responsible for key public services, connecting with the issues they face and providing assurance on their use of resources and financial accounts. You'll need to push ideas harder and ask difficult questions, giving our clients the confidence they need to make a difference in the lives of the population they serve.

What You'll Do
  1. Gain hands-on experience in audit, working with a variety of clients, from NHS trusts to Fire Authorities and Local Councils.
  2. Develop a strong internal and external network to learn from and grow with.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to provide robust challenge and insights to help clients meet their regulatory needs and business objectives.
What We Offer

We've got a flexible approach to academic entry requirements, and we'll consider your strengths and motivations alongside your qualifications. You'll receive:

  • Tailored development programmes and access to coaching.
  • Flexible bank holidays.
  • Benefits including pension, life assurance, and private medical.
  • Access to shopping discounts, gym memberships, and financial advice.

Before applying, we encourage you to visit our employability hub to get a feel for what it's like to start your career with us.
