Construction Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Team Lead to join our MWH Treatment team in the Severn Trent region. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Site Manager and be responsible for coordinating site activities on smaller projects, ensuring HSQE, programme, and budget requirements are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and controlling initial site set-up, installing framework systems and procedures in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Applying and enforcing methods and controls to ensure the effective and continuous use of resources.
  • Appraising security risks to all property under control and installing security levels commensurate to relative values in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Maintaining and enforcing safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with our safety policies.
  • Working to method statements and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance to all HS&E policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
