We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring client objectives are met, and delivering projects to time and cost targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
Scope:
Project Managers handle commissions of varying scale and value, up to £40m in value. They advise at a strategic level, establish success criteria, and plan for quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects in a consultancy environment.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Internal Management Accountabilities:
- Staff management, including inputting into the formal management of an Assistant Project Manager or small project management team.
- Knowledge management, ensuring key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
- Financial management, ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilizing FMS to monitor a project's financial status.
