About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Therapist to join our team at Physio. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing neurological physiotherapy assessments and treatments to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' neurological conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and carers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on condition management and self-care techniques.
- Lead the organization of patients' health and social requirements, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Requirements:
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and use initiative to drive results.
- Excellent English language and grammar skills, both written and verbal.
