Job Summary:
National Locums is working with an NHS trust in South East England to find a locum Consultant in Geriatrics. The role involves developing community services and providing medical advice and guidance to in-patient wards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing community services in the local area with cross-site cover
- Providing medical advice and guidance to in-patient wards
- Offering senior and experienced clinical oversight to complex and challenging patients across community hospital wards and virtual frailty wards
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Geriatrics and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of community services and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans is essential.
