Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Onshore Wind Engineers to join our international team shaping a sustainable energy future.

  1. Cross-Regional Partnerships: Work closely with our Australian business, ensuring seamless project execution under our global service delivery model.
  2. Senior Leadership: Lead and inspire teams delivering high-impact projects, fostering excellence in all aspects of onshore wind system design and engineering.
  3. Technical Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of projects, including feasibility studies and LCOE assessments, engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
  4. Due Diligence: Support Technical Due Diligence efforts on renewable energy projects, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with onshore wind assets.
  5. Project Execution: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  6. Regulatory Assurance: Ensure rigorous compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, championing best practices in every project.
  7. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for technical expertise and project delivery.
  8. Business Expansion: Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
  • Extensive experience in BESS engineering at a Principal or Technical Director level.
  • Deep knowledge of wind turbine technologies, site assessment, wind farm design and grid integration.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, focusing on technical excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
