Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and contributing to their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Engaging Lessons: Create and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of early years students, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Cultivate a Supportive Classroom Environment: Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Assess and Monitor Student Progress: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential.
- Collaborate with Colleagues and Parents: Work closely with colleagues and parents to support student well-being and academic success, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Record and Communicate Student Achievement: Maintain accurate records of student achievement and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
- Experience Working with Early Years Students: Have demonstrated experience working with early years students, ideally within a school setting, showcasing your ability to adapt to the needs of young learners.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player approach, collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student well-being and academic success.
