About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal hygiene.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
• Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of service users.
• Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the analysis of behaviors and adaptation of care accordingly.
• Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
