About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our shop management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in leading a team of volunteers and driving sales and net contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Shop Manager in leading a team of volunteers and driving sales and net contribution.
  • Work with volunteers in a creative environment to maximise sales and net contribution of the shop.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and net contribution.
  • Build relationships with local community groups and stakeholders to promote the shop and its work.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of shop policies and procedures.
