Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and advising on our range of geared motors, motors, drives, and power transmission products to OEMs and end-users.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and customers in the West Midlands, North West, and North Wales regions.
  • Work closely with our technical team to provide product training and support to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power transmission or automation industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of geared motors, motors, drives, and power transmission products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
