About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team at Sweco UK. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of solutions and suitable designs of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and/or sewerage/water systems that achieve the goals of Anglian Water in terms of customer, environment, and efficiency.

You will work in collaboration with other disciplines to develop and detail appropriate solutions, adopting the principles of excellence in design based on the industry-leading approaches practised by the @one Alliance Delivery team.

Key responsibilities include consistently high-quality work, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team, and complying with POSWSH/POSWASTE. You will also collaborate with the design team to develop 3D models and solutions, support the team in the drive towards excellence in Health & Safety, and champion the need to deliver technical excellence.
