We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Hartwood House, a stunning 50 bedded residential and dementia care home based in Lyndhurst.
Hartwood House is part of a Top 20 Care Home Group 2024 and has been awarded One Of The UKs Best Companies To Work For.
The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operations, providing exceptional leadership and support to our residents and staff.
We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum plus company benefits, as well as full-time hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our care home group.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Assisting the General Manager with the overall management of the care home, including budgeting, planning, and decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and services.
