Job Description

We are looking for a Seasonal Adventure Coach to join our team at Cuffley Active Learning Centre. As an Adventure Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a range of outdoor activities, including target sports, orienteering, and problem-solving.

You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver engaging and safe outdoor learning experiences for children aged 4-18. This will include leading and instructing multi-activities, briefing participants on safety matters, and maintaining activity areas.

The successful candidate will have a passion for outdoor education and be able to communicate effectively with children and adults alike. They will also be responsible for contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £12.21 per hour.
