Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring costs and controlling intercompany balances, with a strong focus on optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead the coordination and oversight of the Shared Service Centre, ensuring invoices, expenses, and payments are properly accounted for.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including FP&A.

Requirements

  • A qualified ACA or CPA accountant with 5+ years of professional experience, preferably with Big4 audit background.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX to ensure a compliant internal control environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, OneStream, and Trintech Cadency is a key advantage.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
