We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at ETS Technical. As a key member of our European division, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our distributors, consultants, and end users in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to customers and distributors on VRF/VRV air-conditioning products and systems.
  • Support the sales team with product selection, pricing, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2+ years).
  • Experience using product selection software and product pricing/sales tools.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
