**Job Overview:**

As a Building Maintenance Professional at McDonald's, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance on all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and maintain all building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning equipment, including HVAC units, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
  3. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, repair, or construction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
