At PHS Group Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support and guidance to our operations division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely advice and support to colleagues and line managers on human resource issues, including employee relations, communication, discipline, and grievance.
  • Drive performance within a geographical area through our people, focusing on Hygiene Operations.
  • Engage our depot teams and implement HR strategy, underpinned by PHS values.
  • Champion effective communication regarding performance management and ensure consistent and fair approaches.
  • Support managers and colleagues in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and capture data.
  • Develop and deliver commercially focused HR solutions that enhance colleague engagement and business performance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Human Resources.
  • Experience working in HR teams of busy multi-site sales/service organizations.
  • Ability to identify and deliver commercially focused HR solutions.
  • Willingness to travel and spend significant time on the road.
