Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Profiles Personnel. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction and civil engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector
  • Manage customer enquiries across all product lines (full product training given)
  • Seek new sales opportunities and increase add-on sales
  • Work closely on construction-related projects - following them from enquiry to order
  • Have the ability to effectively maximise margin and net profit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular updates
Requirements:
  • Solid sales/business development skills ideally within construction, civil engineering or a similar sector
  • The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues essential
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must
  • Be highly customer-focused
  • Have strong administrative skills, be thorough and accurate
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to location, free on-site parking
