About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Falcon at Warmington. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals
• Work across all areas of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
