Better Placed Limited is seeking a Senior Research Specialist to join their research team. The role will involve managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects across areas like market insights, consumer behaviour, competitor analysis, and member-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research efforts on diverse topics, including brand strategy, member initiatives, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, positioning the research function as a key driver of value and insights.
  • Manage a team of six research specialists who work remotely across the UK.
  • Engage with over 20,000 opt-in members as a resource for research initiatives.
  • Regularly visit the office to ensure close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a research and analysis role.
  • Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research design, delivery, and analysis.
  • A dynamic individual with strong research experience in market, consumer, or competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to position the value of research across various teams.
  • A proactive approach to building relationships and driving the visibility of the research function.
  • Comfortable working with a mix of introverted team members and remote colleagues, fostering team spirit and collaboration.
