About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Ten Group. As a key member of our global concierge service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests with precision and attention to detail, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury lifestyle trends, products, and services to provide expert recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Fluent Japanese language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury lifestyle or concierge service environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
