Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects of varying sizes and complexity, from £500k to £100m. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for one or several projects, working closely with the Associate Director and taking ownership of the architectural process from concept to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ARB Architect Registration: Be a registered Architect with ARB, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.
  • Built Project Experience: Showcase a portfolio with built projects in the UK, highlighting your successful contributions to the architectural landscape.
  • Design and Client Engagement: Possess strong design skills, client-facing abilities, and the capability to take projects from concept to completion.
  • Site Experience: Demonstrate your hands-on experience with site work, emphasizing your practical understanding of architectural projects.
  • Proficient Revit Skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential, allowing you to effectively utilize advanced architectural software.
