About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our neuropsychology pathways, you will play a vital role in providing psychological interventions to individuals with acquired and neurodegenerative brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and develop tailored interventions to support individuals with complex psychological presentations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide case discussion and care planning, ensuring a biopsychosocial approach to patient care.
  • Contribute to audit, research, and service development initiatives to drive excellence in neuropsychological practice.
  • Provide formal and ad-hoc supervision to junior staff, including trainees, and offer teaching and learning opportunities to support professional development.
  • Lead the development of psychological and cognitive interventions for individuals with stroke and ABI, ensuring a culture of support and collaboration within the service and with partner agencies.
