We're looking for a talented Global Ads Standards Expert to join our Ads Policy team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing policies that ensure our ads meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role

This role requires a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of policy operations, content moderation, and trust & safety. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business-critical issues and opportunities to improve our ads policies.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, legal, and sales teams
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex policy challenges
  • Drive meaningful improvements to our ads policies through data-driven insights and analysis

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in policy operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in policy development and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
