Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Haywards Heath. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives. Your duties will include teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging socialization, and supporting access to local communities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed in your approach. Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be able to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice guidelines.
