The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team at Pat Robson & Co Ltd. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the required standards. This will include conducting regular inspections, handling maintenance requests, and overseeing the service of legal notices.

As a Property Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring that properties are ready for occupation, which includes completing check-ins and check-outs to company standards. Additionally, you will need to handle deposit correspondence and release deposits, as well as compile and submit deposit disputes when necessary.

Other key responsibilities will include conducting emergency property visits, overseeing refurbishments, and increasing standards of the property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
