Audiologist with Hearing Aid Dispenser Experience

About the Role:
Sunblink Ltd is seeking an experienced Audiologist with Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) qualifications to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our audiology services, you will be responsible for providing home-based hearing assessments and fitting hearing aids to clients across Essex and East London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home-based hearing assessments and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions
- Fit and program hearing aids to meet the unique needs of each client
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to hearing aid users, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Travel to various locations across Essex and East London, utilizing your own vehicle and maintaining a valid driving license
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Audiologist with HAD qualifications
- HCPC registration and valid driving license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in conducting hearing assessments and fitting hearing aids, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards
