About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Tender Manager to join our team at Voyage Care, specializing in healthcare procurement and management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tenders for healthcare services, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective tender strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead tender evaluation processes, assessing proposals against set criteria and making recommendations to stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement tender strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • To maintain accurate records of tender progress and outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in healthcare procurement and management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Business Management.
