Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly experienced Construction Management professional to join our client, a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor, in a Site Agent/Manager & Foreman role.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading and innovative Civil Engineering organisation. As a Site Agent/Manager & Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the site team, supporting the Project Manager in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestones, and ensuring the successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Support the Project Manager in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestones.
- Ensure the successful completion of the project, including SHEQ and Environmental Management, Stakeholder Management, Commercial and cost management, and Subcontract and labour resource management.
- Complete project handovers and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
Requirements:
- Previous Site Management experience of water projects.
- NEC 4 contract knowledge.
- HNC degree in Civil Engineering.
- SMSTS/SSSTS.
- CSCS.
- First Aid.
- Temporary Works.
