Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Blow Moulding Technician to join our manufacturing team at Severnside. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing, supporting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Setup and Operation: Set up and operate blow moulding equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality output.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Machine Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize machine performance to improve overall efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation to ensure high-quality products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive site performance.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior technicians and operators to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Working Hours: Full-Time (2 days/ 2 nights 12 hour shifts)
