We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Supervisor to join our Nutmeg Clothing team in Taunton. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines, including cosmetics, clip strips, and gift cards
- Build and replenish display units to maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
