Early Help Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Early Help Practitioner to join our Youth Justice Service team on the Turnaround Programme. As an Early Help Practitioner, you will play a critical role in supporting young people who are at risk of offending and helping them to stay on a positive path.
Your work will involve conducting assessments to identify young people at risk, providing them with support and opportunities to reduce their offending risk, and educating them about the consequences of criminal behaviour. You will work closely with schools, social services, and community organisations to achieve these goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience working within a YOT/Youth Justice Service and a strong understanding of risk factors and intervention strategies for at-risk youth. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with young people, families, and multi-agency partners.
