Our team consists of top consulting, industry and technology experts with deep expertise in Private Equity. We work as an extension of Operating Partner teams, playing a pivotal advisory role across the entire technology value creation chain - from value identification, to value creation and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead projects for clients, from scoping the work to day-to-day execution to ensure successful delivery of client requirements, managing content, client relationships, work planning and team.
  • Understand client needs, and generate tailored recommendations and actionable next steps to drive value quickly.
  • Effectively manage different work streams and proactively resolve discrete issues and/or drive consensus.
  • Develop and support the implementation of our clients' technology strategy in alignment with their business goals.
  • Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for our clients.
  • Identify and mitigate technology- and program-related risks to our clients' businesses.
  • Support the management of relationships with our clients' external technology vendors and service providers.
  • Provide quality assurance control for our clients' external technology vendors and service providers.
  • Synthesize and communicate information and insights to the entire team – from consultant to CEO. Deliver audience-right high-quality presentations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in leading management consulting firms.
  • Experience in core technology transformations (e.g., IT carve-out, technology-led operating model transformations such as ERP), from strategy to delivery / implementation phase.
  • Experience in private equity environment highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to join a rapidly growing start-up.
  • Ability to work in a high intensity environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Based in the UK.
