Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to students with special educational needs
  • Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
  • Help to identify and implement strategies to support students with learning difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality support service
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure that students receive the support they need

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
