Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Primary Education Specialist to join their team at a prestigious prep school in Camden. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of educators who are passionate about providing high-quality education to children.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive teaching methods, and fostering a nurturing classroom environment that encourages active learning and development. They will also be required to assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's unique learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons tailored to the developmental needs of early years students.
  • Use a range of interactive teaching methods to encourage active learning and development.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and academic achievement.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and targeted support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to develop individualized learning plans and address specific student needs.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with primary education specialization.
  • Previous experience working in primary education, preferably within a prep school setting.
  • A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. The salary offered will depend on qualifications and experience.
