About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of what it takes to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will work closely with our management team to create and deliver a shared vision that aligns with our company values.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and coaching your team to achieve high standards
- Working closely with the management team to create and deliver a shared vision
