Automotive Retail Industry Technical Training Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to conduct technical training courses for aerospace engineers in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex aerospace equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess an engineering, aerospace, or aeronautics technical background, with previous experience in armed forces or commercial aircraft technical careers such as airframe, fast jets, weapon systems, rockets, engines, avionics, or ejection seats.

A relevant instructional or teaching qualification is also required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to field service engineers, technical support staff, and armed forces personnel tasked with aircraft maintenance duties from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for aerospace engineers
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions using complex aerospace equipment
  • Mentor and support trainees in their development as skilled aerospace technicians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training delivery

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Institute of the Motor Industry limited offers a competitive salary package, including benefits such as professional development opportunities, health insurance, and a pension scheme.
