Job OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant at Fairburn Vale care home in Castleford. This role will give you a tremendous sense of achievement and pride as you support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.
Responsibilities- Support individuals with their personal care
- Assist people at meal times
- Understand and respect individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encourage participation in social activities
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
- Complete and maintain accurate care records
