Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for service users, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their experiences.
- Support service users and their families throughout their visit to the centre, including preparing them for forensic examinations and assisting with the collection of evidence.
- Maintain a high standard of DNA contamination control between forensic cases.
- Liaise with other agencies to ensure seamless management of service user pathways.
- Act as an advocate for service users, empowering them to take control of their care and support.
Essential Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
