Digital Collections Curator

The Digital Preservation Coalition is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Curator to join our team. As a key member of our digital collections team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital repository, ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of digital asset ingest, including checking submitted material for formatting and compliance
- Support grantees in the delivery of documentation projects through regular communication, guidance, and advice
- Disseminate project results through digital media, including website, social media, and digital exhibitions
- Support the planning and organisation of EMKP events, including training and meetings
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the EMKP programme
- Education: BA/BSc (or equivalent) in digital humanities, anthropology, archaeology, or other relevant degree
- Technical skills: familiarity with digital asset management and public dissemination
- Work experience: experience of working in a museum or library, digital collections
- Interpersonal skills: open, effective communicator with good spoken and written English
