We are looking for a skilled Fryer and Food Safety Expert to join our team at Wilson's Fryer every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.

About the Position:

  1. This role involves preparing and cooking food to the highest standards in a fast-paced takeaway environment.
  2. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of food safety and kitchen operations, and be able to identify and implement improvements.
  3. The key responsibilities include:
    1. Preparing and cooking food to meet established standards.
    2. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    3. Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
    4. Preparing orders to meet customer demands.
    5. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.

Compensation Package:

  • An hourly rate of £12.50 per hour.
  • Expected hours: 13.5 per week.
