The Mortgage Case Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing cases submitted by our appointed representatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. This involves analyzing data to identify trends, verifying standards of advice, and providing clear feedback to relevant parties.

You will work closely with our Compliance team to develop and implement effective quality assurance processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
