Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate building operations, including scheduled PPM tasks and addressing issues with defects found.
- Manage tenant and landlord relationships, ensuring compliance with lease obligations.
- Procure office supplies and services as required to support the business.
- Assist with space planning and move management, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Manage contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring they carry out work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Administer access control and CCTV systems, issuing passes to authorized individuals.
- Ensure visitor control, recording and verifying visitor identification.
- Assist with new hire and termination processes, welcoming new employees and ensuring they have necessary equipment and supplies.
- Proactively manage health and safety within the office space, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate meeting setup and ad-hoc events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Requirements:
