Key Responsibilities:

* Lead external financial reporting for the Kallidus Group of Companies, including statutory, corporate, and taxation accounts.
* Maintain all other statutory, federal, state, and local filing requirements in all jurisdictions of business activity.
* Assist in the preparation of consolidated company management accounts.
* Lead the annual group audit process while maintaining close working relationships with external financial advisors.
* Responsible for optimizing the corporate structure of the group from both a legal, financial, and tax perspective.
* Assume the lead on group treasury management.
* Manage all global business insurance requirements.
* Assist with any financial M&A process.

Requirements:

* Qualified accountant (2+ years post qualification).
* Audit/public practice accounting experience required.
* International statutory financial reporting and taxation experience required.
* Chartered accounting background preferred.
* Exposure to M&A and transaction experience highly desirable.
* Strong Excel and modelling skillset.
* Systems experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Vena a plus.
* Values efficiency over the comfort of process.
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
* Consistently high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Well-organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple and changing priorities.
* Pragmatic and logical approach to challenges and problem-solving.
* Willing and able to learn new skills.
* Proactive self-starter and an effective and approachable team member.
