Residential Children's Services Deputy Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Residential Children's Services team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our residential services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the management of our residential services, including the supervision of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people, in line with our policies and procedures
* Contribute to the development and implementation of our services, including the creation of care plans and risk assessments
* Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
